Instructions for DSWO
1. The service to Club/Close Hostel in provided in DSWO login.
2. Please use the Edit Employee service to update the Vidya Volunteer teaching subject.
3. The service to reset the HWO passwords is provided in DSWO login.
4. If you are unable to find the schools for mapping to Hostels, please use the service "Add School" for adding them
5. The option to update the service details of HWOs is enabled in DSWO login. All DSWOs are requested to update the Date of joining & other details of HWO using the Edit service.
6. The option to generate the password for ASWO is enabled in DSWO login under "General" menu.
7. The option to upload the Post Metric Hostel Information is provided in DSWO login.
Instructions for ASWO
1. ASWO logins are enabled. The userid is same as that of ePass and the password is to be obtained from DSWO.
Instructions for HWO
1. The HWOs who forgot the paswwords are requested to contact DSWO
2. While logging in, the HWOs should enter their DDO Code in XXXX-XXXX-XXX format. Eg. 1401-3403-010
3. If you are unble to get the Present Studying School list, please contact your DSWO for mapping.
4. The option to upload the Student Daily Attendance is provided in HWO login.
